Returns

We are very VERY sorry that we have to implement a no returns policy.  If, however, you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way please reach out!  While we strive for the perfect product and process, we are fully aware we are a collection of entirely imperfect people here.  With that said, they ONLY way we can be more perfect to to hear from you.....the good, the bad, or the ugly.

Even if you are not someone that typically complains - let us hear from ya!  What may be a minor inconvenience to you may be a topic of heavy contention for someone else.  We want to avoid all that noise whenever possible, and the only way we can do that is to hear about your experience.
