Shipping Policy

Order processing times:  After you place an order, we have to lovingly package it in the absolute most delicate way possible.  Each and every bud that leaves out shop deserve a full white glove treatment, however, we understand that such care should not constitute delay in receipt.  For this reason we make every effort to ship orders placed prior to 2PM EST on the same day, and orders placed after this time the following business day.  While uncommon, it is possible that situations outside of our control arise, and we reserve the right to delay our shipment by a day or two in this instance.

Domestic and international shipping options:  We only ship to the contiguous 48 states.  We love you Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska, but unfortunately the logistics of shipping bud are simply nor conducive to a high quality arriving in a reasonable time.


Shipping costs: Free shipping on any purchases over $60 (after discounts and before taxes).  Anything less and its 6.99.  No reason to make it more confusing than that!


Potential service interruptions: Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control.  Not sure if it is common knowledge, but we don't have full autonomy over the United States Postal Service.  Likewise, we, unfortunately, do not have some super secret business line to jump-start a stagnant package.  It would be amazing if the post-master general gave us his cellie, but no such luck to date.  Please allow at least 10 days for your package to arrive.  If day 10 has come and gone and you remain w/o bud - reach out.  We will almost certainly replace it for ya!

Order tracking details: You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order is placed, and again when it is shipping (to including tracking numbers).  If you do not see this confirmation e-mail when your order is placed there is a problem with the e-mail entered.  Please reach out so we can correct.  We want you to stay as up-to-date as possible!
