Billing Terms and Conditions

  • We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Our credit card processor and age verification system may utilize your personal information to keep you safe.  The Grapevine Cannabis does not have access to any personal information you provide for these purposes. For you, our customer, this means:
  • Your bank may charge a transaction fee that is a percentage of your order at The Grapevine Cannabis. Please contact your bank to inquire about their given policies.
  • Your purchase at The Grapevine Cannabis may be declined as your bank may flag the purchase as fraudulent. If your card is declined YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR BANK and make them aware that the charge The Grapevine Cannabis is placing on your account is not fraudulent and you approve the charge. BE AWARE, your card may still be declined even with you approving the charge through your bank. At this point, you will have to use a different method of payment such as another card.
  • In rare instances, a customer may experience a reversal of a previous outbound transfer of funds from the customer’s bank account or credit card. If this occurs, the customer is responsible for payment as this is a cost originating from the customer’s bank account and not The Grapevine Cannabis.

Shipping Information

  • All orders are shipped with USPS. 
  • All orders placed Monday through Friday including weekends / holidays will be shipped 2 business days. All tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update. If a product is currently out of stock, we will notify the customer and provide opportunity for the customer to select an acceptable in-stock replacement.  If no acceptable replacement is available the customer will be refunded the total amount for those items out of stock.

Refund Policy

  • If you received a damaged product, please contact us sales@thegrapevinecannabis.com. You will need to provide proof of the damaged product (picture). We will then provide you with instructions on what steps you will need to take next.  Damage should be reported to The Grapevine Cannabis within an acceptable period of time after product receipt.  This typically is within the first 48 hours after receipt.
  • Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot offer returns/refunds on purchases with exception of good received damaged.  If you are dissatisfied with your experience for any reason please reach out to us and we will do everything within our power to make it right.

Exceptions

  • We cannot accept returns on any products unless they are damaged or defective. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item to make us aware that the item was defective to return the product for replacement or full refund.
  • Please note we will not refund any added shipping fees, although replacement for defective products will be shipped with no additional charge.

Privacy

  • We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Promotions

  • The Grapevine Cannabis reserves the right to cancel any promotion at any time.
